Founded by family doctors with expertise in perinatal care, GMF La Cigogne was created in 2009 to provide access to quality perinatal care to all pregnant women in the region. Excellence, kindness and professionalism have therefore guided our actions and it is in collaborative work that various specialists and health professionals have been grafted to our team.

Resident doctors
At GMF La Cigogne, we are proud to contribute to the training in obstetrics-perinatal and pediatrics of family medicine residents. Our affiliation with the University of Sherbrooke allows us to offer internships to residents who are doctors who have chosen family medicine as a specialty. You can therefore possibly meet a resident who will always be supervised by a doctor from the clinic. Through your support, you are supporting the next generation of doctors.
