Welcome to the page dedicated to our patient portal. We use a system integrated into the electronic medical record (Myle) to facilitate the communication with our patients. You can make an appointment, receive documents and results in complete security and confidentiality.
Create your patient portal
Before you can make a first appointment online, you must create an account in the Myle portal.
For children aged 14 and under, the account must be created with a parent's personal information. When the account is created, in order to add your child(ren), you must contact the doctor’s administrative assistant.
From 14 years old, the account must be created with the patient's name and personal information
Patient portal functions
The patient portal allows you to make an appointment with your family doctor or your nurse practitioner (NP/IPS) both at the emergency clinic and for regular follow-ups.
It also allows you to receive documents from your healthcare team such as:
- medical test results
- prescriptions for examinations to be carried out
- informative capsules relevant to your health condition
Please note: pregnancy follow-up appointments, gynecology appointments cannot be made or modified via the portal. Please consult the page: Make an appointment
