Without appointment clinic

For an appointment for new and urgent health problem if your doctor or NP is not available.

Please check short notice or emergency availability with your doctor in the patient portal.

New appointments slots open regularly 24 or 36 hours in advance (short notice or emergency appointment with your doctor).

ATTENTION !!! The new appointment slots at the walk-in clinic become available at noon for the next day and new slots are regularly added in the morning.

You must therefore register from noon for the next day, but there may also be spaces available in the morning.

How to register (READ CAREFULLY)

Registration for walk-in begins with registration for triage with the nurse through the portal.

If no patient portal is created, please head here first.

Following this registration, either:

  • You will receive a notification for a walk-in appointment (with the time and the doctor/NP you will see).

OR

  • You will receive a registration for a phone call from the nurse doing the triage.
    • The nurse makes the calls in order of urgency, according to the reason for consultation.
      • Do not consider the time of the appointment for the triage with the nurse
    • She can then either:
      • Give you an appointment with the doctor/NP at the walk-in clinic the same day or the next day.
      • Give you an appointment  with your family doctor or NP within a time required by your state of health.
      • Give you self-care advice with monitoring at home.

Registration begins at noon for the next day and remains open in the morning until it is full.

Every day from Sunday to Friday.

There is no walk-in clinic on Saturdays.
